We did not shut down our office but are now putting a lot of attention to creating safe and contactless engagement, minimizing human contact, restricting business travel, and cross-training team members to perform other employees’ functions to be prepared in case of absence.

Working in the IT industry, it was easy for our company to switch many processes online. Our engineering, development and design teams are now working remotely. We use a range of online instruments and products that help us stay connected with each other and with our files. 

Our company has always operated with a people-first mindset. At this time, we’ve introduced a number of measures to support our employees through this crisis. We’ve switched some teams to remote work, and are increasing the flexibility of hours. In addition, our office has ramped up their cleaning schedules and added new hand sanitizing stations. We continue to offer paid sick leave and compensate our workers at the same level as before the pandemic. 

We know that many companies are facing difficulties now. On our end, we try to support our long-lasting partners in every way we can.
